Open Studios ~ Autumn 2022

Open Studios will be starting on the 24th September and we are all busy getting ready to welcome you.

This is a showcase for a number of artists living and working along the coast in the Bacton area of North Norfolk. We will be showing at the following locations:

Maggie Simmons: Bacton House, Church Road, Bacton, NR12 0JT

Nick White: The Coach House at The Old Vicarage, Church Road, Bacton NR12 0JP

Jo Arnold: Bacton House, Church Road, Bacton, NR12 0JT

Mary Richardson: The Cottage, Hennessey’s Loke, Edingthorpe Green, NR28 9SS

Amelia Mills: 2 Manor Farm Cottage, Coast Road, Walcott, NR12 0NG

Phil Wills: Kings Arms Cottage, Walcott Road, Bacton, NR12 0EY

Opening hours are from 10am until 5pm and we will be open on the following weekends: 24-25 Sep, 30 Sep-1 Oct, 8-9 Oct (with the exception of Mary Richardson who is only open on the last two weekends). If you would like to visit outside of those hours please contact the artist directly and I am sure they will be able to accommodate you.

Please have a look at the walk-the-trail page for some interesting info about the neighbourhood.

The Around Bacton page gives details of some of the local businesses - so if you want fresh sausages delivered to your door or need to know where to buy those last minute gifts then have a look here...and if you are a local business who would like to be included then please get in touch.

Lastly we would like to remember our colleague, Mark Barnard, who died prematurely last year. He had great plans for the Bacton Art Trail and sadly was unable to see them come to fruition. You can find out more about Mark here.
